Dirty dancing is my all time favorite movie, not only because of patrick swayze's out-of-this-world gorgeousness, but also because of the soundtrack. Truly a classic, timeless film that everyone should see at least once in their lifetime!! Now I...Had...The time of my life.....🥰

Okay, first off... for those of you who want the additional songs not on the original soundtrack, you need to locate the follow up soundtrack called MORE DIRTY DANCING. (It’s not on Apple iTunes as far as I can tell.) For those of you who think “Be My Baby” should be solo, well, don’t know what to tell you? Maybe listen to the whole soundtrack. If you like that song, give the rest a try. I first owned the soundtrack on cassette, then bought both the original and MORE on CD, and now digitally through iTunes. Dirty Dancing was the first movie I remember seeing in a theater—a dollar matinee nonetheless. This soundtrack, the MORE soundtrack, the movie, and all those part of the creation of the film freaking rock. If you don’t LOVE it, don’t buy it.
