I eat at and review Per Se, which is a 3 Michelin starred restaurant in Midtown Manhattan of New York City. Per Se was created by Chef Thomas Keller, who envisioned a sort of East Coast version of his most famous restaurant, The French Laundry. For dinner, I enjoy the restaurant’s signature 9 course chef’s tasting menu for $390. Per Se is one of the most expensive and luxurious restaurants in NYC, but it’s also considered to be one of the best in the city as well as the country. Welcome back to the grand finale of my 4-part series exploring New York City’s most acclaimed fine dining restaurants. In this episode, I visit Per Se, Thomas Keller’s legendary three Michelin-starred restaurant perched above Columbus Circle. Known for its elegant service, French-influenced tasting menus, and sweeping views over Central Park, Per Se remains one of the most iconic dining experiences in NYC. Join me for a $1400 meal featuring 14 official courses — but with all the additions and surprises, I was served 27 plates of food in total. From signature classics to refined seasonal creations, this was fine dining taken to the extreme. https://www.instagram.com/dining_dynasty ------------------------------------------------------------------ Gear I Use (Affiliate Links) Camera & Accessories DJI Osmo Pocket 3 – https://amzn.to/4jCaGAw Magnetic Mount for Osmo Pocket 3 – https://amzn.to/3HsNIPf Protective Case for Osmo Pocket 3 – https://amzn.to/4kNked4 High-Speed SD Cards – https://amzn.to/4kX0XWU Audio Setup DJI Mic 2 Mini (Wireless Microphone) – https://amzn.to/4kB4lHc Headphones & Accessories Over-Ear Monitoring Headphones – https://amzn.to/4mQg45W Headphone Carry Case – https://amzn.to/43JbE8h Storage & Laptop Essentials External Hard Drive – https://amzn.to/43wMpXZ MacBook USB-C Hub – https://amzn.to/3FtXIHo Mounts & Tripods Mini Tripod – https://amzn.to/4e169qj GorillaPod (Flexible Tripod) – https://amzn.to/3HIfzLa Arm Clamp Mount – https://amzn.to/3Ht5eCU Disclosure: Some of these are affiliate links. Thomas Keller is widely regarded as one of the finest chefs in the entire world, and he is perhaps most well-known for being the head chef at The French Laundry in California and turning it into a world-renowned mecca of fine dining. The French Laundry is a legendary restaurant regarded as many as one of the best restaurants in the world. After about 10 years at the French Laundry though, he took his talents to the East Coast and opened Per Se around 2004, which very quickly got 3 Michelin stars, just in time for French Laundry to also become eligible for and win 3 Michelin Stars! Ever since, Per Se has been regarded as not only one of the best restaurants in NYC, but also one of the best restaurants on Earth. It is at least for sure regarded as one of the best fine dining restaurants in NYC, as of course it's hard to compare fine dining vs casual foods. However, is Thomas Keller's icon really that great or is Per Se overrated? After all, many of you may know the Pete Wells Per Se New York Times review, where he gave it a scathing review. I will give this famous NYC iconic restaurant a try and see if Thomas Keller's Per Se is all it's cracked up to be, or if the naysayers are right! Like and Subscribe if you like my vids! Dylan is my favorite character and one of the more interesting on the newest season of #loveonthespectrum This video collects all of his scenes and includes a deleted scene at the end. I made it into #blackandwhite so I wouldn't be distracted from the colors. I wanted to appreciate Dylan for his unique personality and speaking contours. Thank you for watching. I appreciate it. #autismawareness #autismacceptance #tism #autistictalent #hispanicuniverse
