Come on December

I stumbled into this sweet little gem and can’t get “Come on December,” out of my mind since. “Broken,” also breaks the holiday song formula. I love how Smyth’s singing and the material she’s selected reach for-and find- the tender vulnerability and longing the season can reveal within. I would usually never recommend a Christmas album, but this one just might be worth getting.

The first song is excellent and her singing on this album is her best of many albums.

Seen you first time in Detroit with Scandal at a summer out door concert think was 1983 your voice ruled that crowd.Although getting a little distracted by a fight and then meeting a girl it was a great show amazing we are all still alive from those days.Now kids and christmas songs who would have figured ? Im buying this and anything else you sing patty.

Just found out Patty Smythi has a new Cd of new music! so very excited for this. just got this cd and it's amazing to hear her beautiful voice again. hope she doesn't stay away from recoding long again. thanks Patty for the gift
