From the first track to the very last (before watching the short film and four extra tracks on the deluxe version) you are completely lost within the world of Gorillaz once more. The album fully captures the theme of mortality and the celebration of death. With mind-blowing emotional lyrics and beautiful instrumental music from India, it really served so much passion being heard through this album. There really is no album like this since Plastic Beach. Out of all the albums from Gorillaz, this one is truly a masterpiece. (For those who are confused or didn’t vibe with it, what do you mean? I understand Gorillaz is meant for smart people, but come on.)

Man I really loved this band for a long time, 1st album that was garbage was Humanz, but Iv like every album since then, but this might be worse then Humanz. There isn’t a single decent track on this. And I thought I sampled enough songs to decide if I liked it enough, but I guess I was fooled by a few parts within the songs. Absolute garbage. And I completely get it some artists/bands need to experiment every now and then. I really wish they would go back more to there rock/ roots mixed with hip hop here and there though. Maybe the next album be will be better!
